Making Sourdoug Cloverleaf Rolls 1
These rolls can be made from the left over batter when you make Sourdough Waffles
Or alternatively you can
Make a sponge in the same way that you make a sponge for sourdough waffles

Add flour to the sponge until it reaches a bread dough consistency
Greese a muffin pan
Put balls of the dough in the muffin pan as shown below
Allow the dough to raise prior to baking
Bake in a 425 degree oven until the rolls are bown (about 15-18 minutes)
