This is how Zucchini Pizza (i.e. Zucchini Lasagna) is served

The following shows how one makes Zucchini Pizza (i.e. Zucchini Lasagna)

Ingreddients

4 cups shredded unpeeled zucchini
1 pound ground beef
1 can (15 ounces) Italian tomato sauce
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
2 large Nellie’s Free Range Eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 medium green or sweet red pepper, chopped



There are two layers,
A meat layer and a Zucchini layer


First, prepare the meat layer

a) In a saucepan, mix the meat and onions
b) cook beef and onion over medium heat,
      crumble the beef,
       cook until meat is no longer pink;
c) drain.
d) Add tomato sauce and red pepper
e) Add some parmesan cheese

You now have the ingredients for the meat layer prepared -- see below
set this aside



Next, Prepare the Zucchini Layer

a) Combine the zucchini with
     eggs,
     Parmesan and
     half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
b) Bake for 20 minutes.

You now have the ingredients for the Zucchini layer prepared -- see below



Your are now ready to lay down the layers

First, Lay down the Zuccini Layer





Next Lay down the meat layer


Ready to be cooked

Bake for 20 minutes or until crisp




The final result
Ready to be served (or frozen for later use)
