Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of Polenta
- a little salt
- 2 and 1/2 cups of water
- Add the water and salt to the Polenta
- Cook in the microwave for ten minutes
- Stir
- Cook in the microwave for five more minutes
- stir
- Cook in the microwave for final five minutes or until all the water is absorbed.
(If you would like the polenta softer - start with more than 2 and 1/2 cups of water)
Serve with grated cheese
