Pesto
Basil, Parsley and Nettle

In blender:
Chop 2 chunks of a good parmo cheese,
2 handfuls of walnuts or pine nuts and
2-3 cloves of garlic.
Keep blender going and add 1/4 cup of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Add salt and pepper to taste, remembering that the cheese can be salty.
Now add in 4-5 cups of green leaves, that have been washed and dried.
Blend.
You should not need to add more oil as it should all come together.
Taste and adjust to your liking!
