Mold Ripened -Bloomy Log Cheese
An editable Cheese Basket





First lets look at the final product

The flower on the top is from a chive plant
The small leaves on the top are chive leaves
The dark green leaves are Tuscan Kale



Here is how the cheese is made

The curds are first poured into a mold to drain away the whey



They are left to drain overnight



Here is the cheese removed from the mold

Next, the cheese inside the pyramid was removed, mixed with chopped chives and then returned to the inside of the pyramid



The pyramid was turned over after being refilled.

Then it was embellished with a flower from a chive plant



The final embellishment was with some Tuscan Kale leaves
