As an appetizer we had
Joan's home made aged Camembert cheese on home made whole wheat crackers
topped with White Chanterelle mushrooms

The White Chanterelles were picked today.
White Chanterelles are somewhat harder to find than the regular yellow chanterrelles, but they are much more tasty.

The Camembert cheese was made from minimally pasteurized cow's milk and aged for two months. Regular store bought milk is ulta-pasteurized and it does not make good cheese.

The crackers are whole wheat.

Home Made Pizza topped with Oregon Red Peppers and White Chanterelles.
