A five and a half mile hike on Mt. Park Trails 3/24/14
The weather forecast was ominous
But Twenty Three hearty folks
were at the West End Building at 9:00 AM

The leader pleaded with the Man Upstairs
and the rain held off for the entire hike.

Not too many spots for good photo-ops on Mt. Park, but we did have a view spot and some flowers.

Here is where we walked

The first quarter mile was pretty steep

But our mascot, Cole, didn't mind

We finally got to our lookout point on 55th Place.

After the lookout
It was on to Lesser Park
There were lots of very wet Trilliums

Our lunch spot at PCC
was more comfortable than most of our lunch spots, but not very scenic.
