Corner of floor needs to be repaired -- scroll down to see more things that need fixing

They wiped off plaster splatter in doing so they wiped off paint needs to be repainted
They caulked on top of the floor molding (this in itself is wrong) In doing so they either: A) splattered onto the paint or B) Used masking tape that took off paint when it was removed. Regardless of how the paint was damaged, repainting is required. As to having caulked the molding, I really don't know what to say about that It certainly is not what should have been done. Molding needs to be replaced.
Other places they nicked paint as they were working needs to be repainted
While working in the garage it appears that the concrete floor was damaged I certainly can not prove when this damage was done. However, I certainly had not seen it previously and I would have seen it when I sweept the floor Floor needs to be repaired.

The end board needs to be replaced
It was damaged (probably when removed)
It was not replaced tight against the other floor

The board is cracked
There is too much space at the end of the board
The hardwood was nailed and not even caulked The hardwood board should be installed in a manner appropriate for a hardwood floor

The following is what needs to be done:

1) Fix the hole in the edge of the new floor -- there are extra floor boards that can be used
2) The walls need to be repainted
3) The floor molding needs to be replaced
4) The concrete floor needs to be repaired
5) The end board needs to be replaced in a manner appropriate for hardwood flooring - we need discuss this
