Zucchini Relish (Jeanette's Recipe)

Grind the following Add 5 T. salt to the ground things
Let stand overnight

Next morning Drain and rinse with cold water-
drain off the water
Cook all for 30 minutes.
Pour it into clean jars while at boiling temperature
Yield 6 1/2 pints
(Joan's) yield 3 quarts plus 1 cup
