Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredients (Filling)

  1. 3 cups of Rhubarb
  2. 2 cups for apples (or strawberries)
  3. 3/4 cup of sugar
  4. 3 Tablespoons of Corn Starch

Ingredients (topping)

  1. One cup of Oats
  2. 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  3. 1/3 cup of Flour
  4. 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Final Ingredient (Butter)

  1. 1/2 cup butter

Directions

  1. Mix together the ingredients for the filling
  2. Mix together the ingredients for the topping
  3. Melt the butter
  4. Pour the melted butter on the mixed topping ingredients
  5. Pour the filling into a baking pan
  6. Spread the Topping ingredients on top of the Filling ingredients
    Alternative: Mix all the ingredients together
  7. Preheat the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
