Is this
Lepiota magnispora

Scaly cap with dark brown central spot
scally stipe, white spores, cap breaks cleanly from stipe
growing in duff under Douglas Fir.

Found on Bunker Hill Trail 10/27/16

Could very well be Lepiota magnispora or it could be Lepiota clypiolaria. They are very similar looking on the outside, but spore size is different and so is habitat. Both non edible. They are quite pretty tho.
