Is this Cuphophyllus borealis
(formerly called Hygrocybe borealis)

Found 2/15/15 in Cook Park Tualatin

Note: MushroomExpert.com says, Cuphophyllus borealis is similar to Cuphophyllus virgineus, but
Cuphophyllus borealis has a somewhat sticky cap.

The specimen I have was quite dry, but when I moistened the cap, it was a bit sticky.

Mushroom Expert.com also says "Hygrocybe virginea,
Camarophyllus virgineus, and Hygrophorus virgineus are synonyms."

These mushrooms were in the ground under cedar and other mixed hardwoods.
