I found this pretty mushroom
a couple of months ago
along the Herman Creek Trail
growing in the duff

I thought I could figure out what it is, but finally I have given up
Every time I think I have a match, it doesn't work out
Any suggestions as to what this might be would be appreciated.

The cap is a stunning shade of blue

The edges of the cap are in-rolled

The gills are free

There is a ring on the stipe

The spore print is orange-brown or rusty-brown
