Possibly Psilocybe, Maybe Deconica
Cap is umbonate
cap is fringed
gills are slightly decurrent
Spores print is black

In your specimens, the decurrent gills don't fit with
the Psathyrella or Panaeolus species I found in a quick run through MatchMaker,
but there were some in Psilocybe.

Did you see any veil material at all on the stipe or edge of the cap?
Most psilocybes have some, tho it may be faint.
Also, most have viscid caps, and
this looks dry and "cellular" - dry and mostly smooth, but not fibrous.
Have you considered Paneolus or Psathyrella species?
When Posted on Mushroom Observer:
Someone suggested: Deconia
Wikipedia says:
Deconica is a genus of mushrooms in the family Strophariaceae.
It was formerly considered synonymous with Psilocybe
until molecular studies showed that genus to be polyphyletic,
made of two major clades:
one containing bluing, hallucinogenic species,
the other non-bluing and non-hallucinogenic species.
Deconica contains species formerly classified
in the sections Deconica and Coprophila of Psilocybe
Cap is convex and fringed
Cap appears to be Hygrophanous
Stem is definitely fibrous
Gills are somewhat decurrent
The spores are small
and slighly oblong
4 to 5 Microns by
6 to 7 microns
