The sperm are flagellated and must ‘swim’ through water (usually rain drops) to the egg cell.
This factor limits the available habitats;
however, as you may guess, Oregon is a suitable
Cells in liverwort plants each contain only a single set of genetic information.
This contrasts sharply with nearly all animals and plants which hve two sets of genetic information.
