A mushroom I saw at Silver Falls Park.
It looks like a mushroom that has been invaded by a fungus.
With a Lobster, you can not directly see the Fungus,
Here it is obvious .
Is it common that this happens

One of them is H. chrysospermus,
which parasitizes boletes and may be what you're looking at.
