Wipple Creek Hike 10/25/15

Whipple Creek Regional Park is a 350 acre urban forest of second growth timber
and over 5 miles of multi-use trails.
This park is tucked away just west of the Clark County Fairgrounds.

Special features include the ruins of a grist mill and a fern covered gazebo

Directions to the Park

1) Take I5 north over the Interstate Bridge
2) Continue North to Exit 9 (NE179th St.)
3) At bottom of exit ramp, turn left on 179th St.
4) Drive 1.5 miles on 179th St. to NW 21st Ave. (not much of a sign at this intersection)
5) turn left onto 21st Street.
6) Drive about 0.2 miles to trailhead parking lot on the right.
