Clackamas River trail

Six mile hike along the Clackmas River
Starting at Fish Creek Road Trailhead 7/16/15

This is the trail we hiked

Trail 715 goes
from Fish Creek Campground
to Indian Henry Campgroud

Pup Creek Falls is
3.8 miles from Fish Creek and
3.9 miles from Indian Henry Campground

We started at Fish Creek Campground
Maybe it would have been a bit longer, but easier from the other end. We need try it.

This is the kind of trail
on which we hiked

Some rocky spots,
some nice spots

We were along the river
and there were lots of
river views

Directions to the Trailhead at Fish Creek
1) Take Hwy 224 through Estacada
2) Drive 15 miles passed Estacada to Fish Creek Road (also called FR 54)
...Note On Hwy 224, just before Fish Creek Road you will go over two bridges.
3) Turn right onto Fish Creek Road
4) Go over another bridge on Fish Creek Road
5) After the bridge, turn right into a parking lot
.. NW Forest Park Pass required

To Campground at Indian Henry Trailhead
1) Take Hwy 224 passed Estacada to Forest Road 4620 . . . FR 4620 is about 0.75 miles south of milepost 45) 2) Turn right onto FR 4620 3) Go less than 0.5 miles on FR 4620 and turn right into a paved parking lot
