There were not many flowers, but we could see a lot of Clackamas Iris plants.
According to Sharon, this is the only place that this particular Iris grows.
Come back to see it bloom in the Spring.
Directions to the trailhead.
1) Take hwy 224 through Estacada to the Ripplebrook Range Station - General Store
2) Go 0.5 miles past the Ripplebrook Ranger station and follow the sign to
Bagby Hot Springs.
3) Drive 1.7 miles after the turn to the trailhead on the right.
