Hike March 13, 2014
Molalla State Park and Eco Park

We arrive at Mollala State Park

It was a large group
We count off
there were 34 hikers

We hiked on a pleasant trail along the river

We see the first Trillium of the season

Part of the trail was flooded and not passable

Back at the trailhead
There was an announcement about the
trip to Eco Park

The Eco Park Trailhead

The trail at Eco Park was delightful

We did encounter some wild life

We had lunch along the river

We even saw a bald eagle
(hope he didn't see that snake)

As proof that Spring has arrived
we saw a second Trillium
