Hike to Tamanawas Falls 7/30/13

This was our destination

This is where we started

We had a good time getting to the falls

There were lots of big rocks along the way

We did take some breaks along the way

there were some signs along the trail

There were a few nice views

About half the hike was along a stream

Here is Joan crossing a bridge

She was a bit frightened about crossing the stream

I didn't mind crossing this bridge

There were nice places to rest

This lady was doing "Trail Running".
There were lots of rocks on the trail and she was running at a good clip.

Joan used the rocks as arm rests

Some parts of the trail were nice
