Refinishing floor and stairs
Four items that need be completed
before job is complete

1) Remove remaining plastic sheeting
2) Noticeable indentation needs to be filled
3) Baseboard in too short -- should be as long as it was and cut at an angle.
4) Noticeable area on floor was not finished as was the rest of the floor

1) Need remove remaining plastic sheeting that was put up to control dust

2) Noticeable indentation should have been filled prior to applying stain
Stain accumulated in indentation making it very noticeable
This needs to be fixed

3) Baseboard cut shorter than prior baseboard and not cut at angle
This baseboard should be longer and cut at an angle as was prior baseboard

4) A noticeable area of the floor does not have as many coats of stain as the
rest of the floor. This is noticeable and needs be fixed
